The Book Thief
For this project, I created an illustrated book cover for Markus Zusak’s The Book Thief. I was drawn to the crosshatching style and wanted to challenge myself to try something new. The bold fonts, black-heavy palette, and eye illustration were choices made to capture the intensity of the story and push my illustration techniques.
