The Dallas Police Department partnered with DHD Films to develop branding for their “Call If You Can, Text If You Can’t” campaign, aimed at raising awareness around texting 911 during emergencies. With creative freedom, the team explored visually engaging approaches designed to resonate with a younger audience. Building on a concept from the art director, I designed the final direction: a sticker-collage visual system inspired by everyday iconography and universal symbols. The result was an approachable, attention-grabbing identity suitable for broad public use.
